In order to activate the Neko Cat Cafe and be award THREE FREE Perks you need to find five cats and mouse around the map.
Mouse Locations
When you spawn in to the map all five mice are already on the map and you just need to open up the map and collect them. There are a total of eight possible locations. Simply walk up to the mouse and interact to pick them up. You can track your progress by heading on over to the Tea Garden and looking on one of the shelves. All the collected mice will be sitting there.
Cat Locations
Unlike the mice - only one cat will spawn on the map at a time and will start spawning after round three. These are all located around the same areas as the mice (normally just outside the map). To collect these you will simply need to scare them by placing your crosshair over them and staring at them for a short while. They will then run off. To get the next to spawn in just progress a round or two and check all the areas again. To check your progress with the cats just look at the top of empty building containing the mice and they will all be sat up there waiting.
Once you have collected all five mice and cats - head back to the tea room and star at all five cats on the roof.
The screen will flash and all the cats and mice will be inside the building playing and you'll get you're first FREE perk. There will also be two more perk cans on the table but those might be duplicates of what you already have.
Completing this little side easter egg will also award you will a new calling card.
